3rd â€?7th of November, Mr.Lu Feixing, the vice general manager of HGLaser is invited to participate in IEC/TC76(Optical radiation safety Professional Standardized Technical Committee of International Electrotechnical Committee) IEC/TC76 annual meeting of Beijing of 2008, and  of organizing, and is admitted for the members of this committee formally, one of the only two enterprise representatives among 4 newly joined Chinese member.

    It is first time that IEC/TC76 meeting is held in China. The main task of TC76 is to study the laser products safely, guide and make the safe standards of the laser products. China participates began to attend the meeting from 2005, but seldom professional personnel joined, so generally seldom make a speech at the meeting. Among this time meeting, Chinese expert number increase more, professional level is high, which make the foreign expert feel very surprised. 

    Participating nations of TC76 are basically all relatively developed countries, for instance U.S.A., Britain, Germany, etc., so the formulation right of the standard is basically monopolized by the developed country. It indicates this kind of situation is broken that and the joining which China represents plays an important role, enabling and standardizing organizing has more extensive representativeness.
