China has actualized manned space program for the third time September 25-28, 2008 in Beijing time. And this is the time that the products of HGlaser are applied in space technological engineer again after applied in Shengzhou-V space capsule     

    Because of the advantages of little heat deformation, good pressurize and suitable for vacuum under different circumstance, Laser welding is used widely in aeronautics and Astronautics. In the electropult and the Instrument Housing of Shengzhou-VII space, the kind of tantalum capacitor microelement which adopts special alloy shell must be seal soldering in the pure nitrogen conditions. In order to solve this special application, HClaser has pertinently researched and developed vacuum glove box   laser welding system, and makes the welding products perfectly.

   In addition, the spacecraft will produce a lot of heat when it enters into aerosphere, so it is necessary to use clad to achieve heat insulation in the spacecraft. In order to discharge the air successfully and avoid the      temperature going up, there is need to drill lots of small eyelets equably. With the special applications and the patent of thin film laser cutting&dicing machine, HGlaser has applied the auto laser cutting&dicing machine to the clad of Shengzhou-VII space.
