In the afternoon of on Nov 4th, Russian group visited HGlaser. The chairman of international technological optical organization <optical institute> was surprised by the technology. It was said that the Russian group signed cooperation agreement after visit. The secretary-general of hubei province wuhan optical institute said agitato: the Russian optical technology experts and the institute leaders showed no hints in cooperation, but they changed their mind and sign cooperation agreement after visiting HGlaser .

 

Part background: the international technology optical organization <optical institute> was consisted of federations of former Soviet and a international organizations in the strict sense, however, the wuhan optical laser institution of hubei province was just a provincial institution organization. It was not an easy thing to make the international institute and provincial institute work together.
