The company has a series of complete sets of laser processing equipment in successful application to laser reworking and repair of the critical components in a variety of turbine power units and other large-scale rotating equipment in petrochemical engineering and power sectors. The original value of such components as wheels, main shaft and leaf blade in large-scale rotating equipment, such as flue gas turbine expander, 20 MW and 30 MW steam turbine generator sets and TRT generator sets, may range from 3 million to 10 million Yuan above. However, a little repair cost effected by the use of laser can save the cost of replacement of such valuable components damaged or discarded for all kinds of reasons.
