Automatic measuring function
Aperture adjusting: through adjusting the relative position between focusing lense and paper to adjust aperture smoothly
Air permeability adjusting:It is able to through adjusting aperture, prism rotate speed(pulse frequency),paper processing speed and rows of perforation to adjust the air permeability.
Protection of focusing lenses: Blowing air at the side of the focusing lenses can avoid dust powder sticking on the lenses. Side blowing or pumping can blow away or pump out the dust powder.
Distance between apertures:
By adjusting the speed of rotation lenses(pulse frequency) and the feeding speed to control hole spacing.
Adjusting margins and row spacing: Margins and row spacing are adjusted by adjusting distance between focusing lenses and horizontal position of paper.
Consistency of air permeability: U.S. made lasers performs�stable laser beam,high precision of controlling can guarantee the high level of consistency of air permeability.
Perforate on both front and back of paper.

The main controlling functions of touchable screen

With automatic and manual states, push the “up roll paper�or �down roll paper�buttons in automatic stats, the cooling system, ventilation, prism and laser will start automatically; they can be controlled separately in manual state.

The line speed of up roll paper and down roll paper, speed of prism can be changed on touch able screen. All these changes are protected by password, these parameters can’t be changed when the password is incorrect.

The actual line speed of up roll paper and down roll paper, the length of paper, hole spacing, shutters and working situations of other main parts can be shown on touchable screen. The operator can know the processing of each parts working of laser perforation machine.

When there is a failure or misoperation, the screen shows fault diagnosis automatic, points out the fault part and gives initial solution. Return back to the original screen when the failure is settled.

The laser perforation machine has online helping function, when the operator doesn’t clear how to operate, he can switch to the help screen. It shows the operator how to use each button, operate and shows the attention and troubleshooting.

The laser perforation machine has chain protecting function, when failure or misoperation happens, which may cause an accident or loss, the machine shuts down the operation and displays warning.

When one of the line’s paper is broken, the roll machine stops automatically and displays warning on screen.
