The Daily Maintenance For Jewellery Welding System

1 The environment should be clean and far from the source of vibration. The individual air condition is better.
2 The room temperature is less infection to the machine. But pay attention the water temperature should not be set far from the room temperature, in case of dew on each side of laser rod to damage the rod.
3 The inner circulation water in the water tank should keep clean, the pure water is allowed. The quality of water should be check after two weeks , and changed after five weeks in principle.
4 Keep the surface of machine clean. When clean up the machine, the cover of the machine should be open, and clean the surface of the laser cavity. The machine should be clean once a week.
5 The requirement of the power supply: if the voltage is instability, please add the manostat.
6 The requirement of turning off the power supply: please turn off the power supply according to the instruction in the User Menu. Avoid turn off the power supply during running.
7 The machine should wait more than three minutes to start/stop after stop/start.
8 Adjust the light path, the operator should adjust the light path one time in six weeks.
9 Clean the dust in the dust collector
