Maintenance and Notice For Laser Marking Machine

The laser and Q-switch driver prohibit to star without circulation water or abnormity circulation water.
The Q-switch driver prohibit to be stared with nothing.(The fan-out of Q-switch driver is empty);
Cut down E-STOP first when facing the abnormity problem, and then have a check.
Dont star any other component before the Krypton lamp is ignited.
Dont keep the output of the power supply (anticathode) empty, in case of striking fire or broken;
Keep the inner circulation water clean, regular clean to the water tank and change clean deionised water.
Keep the room and surface of the machine clean.
regular check to verify all optical lens is not dirt..
Clean the lens, the method as below:
Please be more careful during clean. Please read the follow before clean the lens:
1. Use the tool to put down the lens, such as nipper. Wearing rubber gloves or fingertip is better.
2. Put the lens on the lens paper resisting being damaged.
3. Dont put the lens on the hard or crude surface, the lens is easy to be scraped.
4. Bullion or cupreous surface need no touch and clean.
Step 1
Use the ballon blow off the dust on the surface of the lens. If the infectant never flow off, please do the next.
Caution: Dont use the compress air in the factory, which contain plenty of oil and water. The oil and water would form a bad absorb membrane on the surface of the lens.
Step 2
Fold the lens paper into a square, bedew the paper with acet or ethanol.
One hand take the lens, the other hand take the lens paper, erase softly in membrane grain direction.
(Change the lens paper once a time)
Caution:
After this step, the lens could not be clean up. Please change a new one.
The method of clean YAG rod is the same with ¢ (Before operate ¢, the operator should have a installation training for the laser cavity )
Notice:
1. Before open the Q-switch at any time, the Q-switch should be full water-cooling. Otherwise the Q-switch would be burnout.
2.The output must be connect with electrical sensor or 50/60¦¸resistance through coaxial-cable. Otherwise the reflect wave would bean out the power output pipe.
3.The Min. temperature is set on 20¡æ, but in order to avoid dew with big difference in temperature. The working temperature is set according to the environment and humidity, for example: the environmental temperature is 32¡æ, the Min temperature could be set to 28¡æ, the Max. temperature could be set to 35¡æ; the environmental temperature is below 20¡æ, the Min. temperature should be set to 20¡æ, usually no less than 5¡æ. Otherwise dew would decline the power of laser and bring loss.
4. The wrong sequence for operation would make the laser abnormity work.
5. The cover of the laser-marking machine should have good earth line. Otherwise the precise galvo would be damaged.
6.Keep consistent polarity between output of power supply and Krypton lamp, the wrong connection would damage the Krypton lamp, even damage the laser rod and cavity.
7. Dont remove the reflect mirror block liberty without laser beam. Otherwise the laser generator could not put out the laser beam.
8. Pay attention to each side of connector. Verify them no leak. Otherwise the cooling system could not refrigerate.
