The place arranged to put the machine should keep good ventilation, clean and bright.
The machine should keep more than 0.6m distances between the wall or any other barrier.
After the machine fixed, the shockproof foot should be adjusted according to the surface of ground. Ensure the table-board is placidity touch with the ground. The required environment as below:
Temperature: 10-30

Humidity: <70%
Power Supply: single-phase, two cores. AC 220V 10KVA
The earth line is required, and the resistance should below 4, ensure the safety of operation.
The operating place should be set convulsions pipe to exclude soot and exhaust gas.

o        Pay attention to the sequence of the power supply in order the water pump works normally, when installation and moving the place.

o        Close the work door to resist the dust, when the machine stops working.

o        When machine running, the voltage is very high. Only the professional person could maintain the machine during running, in order to resisting the electric shocking.

o        When facing the trouble (such as making water, cut down the power supply, insurance damaged, noise in the laser generator, and so on), please press the E-STOP button immediately to cut down the power supply.

o        The circulation water should keep suitable temperature during continuously work.

o        Normally, exchange the inner circulation water after 3-6 months

o        All the inner cooling water in the machine should be exclude out during winter or no using long time.
